About me

I created this blog to put the things I wish the internet had before I had to figure it out myself. Later, I figured this would also be a nice way to expose my work and put some ideas together.

I just got my masters in Computer Science at Georgia Tech specializing in networking, I also hold a 5-years bachelor’s degree in Network Engineering, a CCNA certification and have +3 years of experience in the industry. I also hold a ONF SDN certification.

My main experiences include 3 internships:

  • Cisco as a System Engineer Intern
  • Ciena as a SDN app developer
  • ON.lab, pioneer SDN research lab, as R&D Intern
  • Verizon as Network Engineer

I am looking to explore and deploy innovative technologies in the networking industry.

Feel free to shoot me an email if you have questions or would like to chat at castro {dot} flaviojr  {at} gmail {dot} com
